In 1966, Carol Bigelow Larsen started at the company level with Nationwide. In 1972, she moved to the agency level. By 1981, Carol was ready to start her own agency. On Feb. 2, 1981, Carol opened her doors. Her three young daughters helped her send out paperwork and policies. Little did she know that she was starting a family tradition.

Now, all of Carol's daughters are adults and insurance agents themselves! Carol’s sister Joan joined the crew about 20 years ago, as well. In 2005, Carol’s oldest daughter, Cheri, became a co-owner.
